Adecco is partnering with a global multinational organisation to recruit a Chief of Staff (Regional Strategy & Transformation). This newly created leadership role sits within the President Office and will drive strategic initiatives, governance, transformation programmes and cross-functional execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Transformation, PMO or related functions.
• Proven track record driving regional transformation and governance.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders across matrix organisations.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional leadership to drive strategic priorities and transformation programmes.
• Lead governance frameworks, operating cadence and executive reporting.
• Coordinate regional strategic projects across multiple functions and countries.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Manage a small regional PMO/support team.
• Identify risks and opportunities, offering structured recommendations.
• Support executive planning activities and regional leadership forums.
