Job summary

Satair is seeking a senior transformation lead to act as the region's primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the Singapore region. You will bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars—processes, performance, data analytics, and automation—and drive change ensuring commercial excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-10 years) leading cross-functional, regional and global transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Skywise data interfaces, and Agile/LBIP frameworks.
• Certifications in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) are preferred.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication; able to influence senior leadership.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving and customer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects aimed at driving change and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones using LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of the AOS regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX regionally as a connector between regional teams and ASCX pillars.
• Represent ASCX in R-CSRB and other commercial forums as needed.
• Represent the region's voice in global projects outside ASC.
• Other duties reasonably determined by the Company.
