Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a multinational manufacturing group to hire a Regional (Senior) Finance Manager to lead the Singapore finance function and support subsidiaries across Asia.

You will report to the Managing Director and lead a team of five finance professionals, combining hands-on financial controllership, accounting and tax oversight with strategic business partnering, regional FP&A and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of finance and accounting experience with hands-on tax knowledge.
• APAC multinational experience; manufacturing sector background is a plus.
• Audit background desirable; treasury exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, tax and planning for the Singapore entity with regional oversight.
• Partner with business leaders and subsidiaries to assess performance and risks.
• Review financial statements, reports and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis with actionable insights.
• Oversee year-end audits, tax filings and transfer pricing documentation.
