Kerry Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Digital Strategy Office Lead based in Singapore. You will drive IT strategy, transformation programmes and enterprise AI adoption across APAC, reporting to the IT Director and collaborating with senior business and technology leaders.

In this role, you will lead regional IT transformation initiatives, define objectives and KPIs, and ensure governance across multiple countries while facilitating AI advisory activities and driving technology

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT strategy, transformation or programme management within a large multinational organisation or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, service management and business process improvement.
• Proven experience leading regional IT transformation and optimisation programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

Responsabilités

Our client is a leading multinational organisation seeking an experienced Regional Digital Strategy Office Lead based in Singapore. The role sits within the APAC Digital Strategy Office, which drives regional technology strategy, operational improvement and transformation initiatives across its businesses.

Reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to drive IT optimisation, transformation programmes and enterprise AI adoption across the region.

Responsibilities

You will lead regional IT strategy and transformation initiatives, focusing on improving operational efficiency, technology adoption and business outcomes. This includes defining programme objectives, establishing KPIs, monitoring progress and ensuring effective governance across APAC businesses.

You will also facilitate the regional AI Advisory Board, support enterprise AI adoption and drive workplace innovation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries, you will align technology priorities with business needs and oversee the execution of regional transformation programmes.

Requirements

You should have at least 12 years of experience in IT strategy, transformation or programme management, gained within a large multinational organisation or consulting environment. A strong understanding of IT operations, service management and business process improvement is essential.

You should demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading regional IT transformation and optimisation programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Sound business acumen, analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience working across APAC markets and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Exposure to enterprise AI adoption, manufacturing, supply chain or sales operations would be advantageous.
