Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, sponsorship sales, exhibitions, conferences or media sales.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Confident in engaging with senior management and corporate decision makers.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across regional markets.
• Drive sponsorship, exhibition and media solution sales across w.media's portfolio of events.
• Engage with senior executives and decision makers from regional and international companies.
• Prepare compelling proposals and tailored sponsorship packages.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Represent w.media at industry events and client meetings as required.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
