Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in cards domain with regional or multi-market focus.
Proven track record leading transformative projects in financial services, cards space.
Strong knowledge of card products, payment systems, customer experience, and regulations across markets.
Experience with business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across regions.
Experience with CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Lead regional strategy alignment for a cards transformation program.
Collaborate with regional business leaders to capture market-specific requirements.
Oversee requirements management across local and global objectives.
Interface between regional business units, IT, product management, and partners.
