Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive end-to-end analysis and platform transformation within Global Markets. You will work across stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide delivery from planning through rollout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Global Markets, Treasury, Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles including FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Money Markets and Treasury products.
• Knowledge of front-to-back processes spanning Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Settlement and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience delivering business, regulatory, digital transformation or platform implementation initiatives in banking/markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic business and platform transformation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end analysis across the project lifecycle from requirements to rollout.
• Analyse and optimise trade lifecycle processes for automation and control improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops, manage expectations and ensure alignment of business and technology outcomes.
• Support programme planning, governance, and roadmap execution across Global Markets initiatives.
