Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Global Markets, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology to deliver transformational initiatives across the platform lifecycle.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis, gather requirements, design solutions, model processes, test, and support production rollout, with emphasis on front-to-back trade lifecycles and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Global Markets, Treasury, Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets products and trade lifecycles (FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Money Markets, Treasury).
• Experience with front-to-back processes across Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Risk and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, solution design, process modelling, testing, implementation and production rollout.
• Analyse and optimise front-to-back trade lifecycle processes; identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions; collaborate with Technology teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, drive consensus on business requirements, align business objectives with technology outcomes.
• Support programme planning, governance, vendor evaluation and roadmap execution across Global Markets initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
