Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to partner with business units in shaping the digital roadmap for corporate internet/mobile banking. You will translate requirements into clear process and UI designs and ensure alignment across IT, security, risk, and operations.

You will articulate needs, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving, regulated environment, located in Tampines with relocation to Punggol by year end.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in a financial services environment.
• Composite of 70% business knowledge and 30% IT knowledge in digital space.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder consensus ability.
• Experience in SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery; cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage business managers to articulate requirements and design processes for web/mobile initiatives.
• Elicit, prioritise and map requirements; ensure clear data flows and UI decisions.
• Support end-to-end delivery, testing, and UAT across digital banking channels.
• Liaise with engineering, security, risk and project teams to ensure compliant solutions.
