Job summary

Randstad - Corporate partners with an established multinational automotive company to recruit a driven order fulfilment professional for a hybrid regional role across Asia, blending supply chain coordination, CRM, business analysis, and sales support.

You will serve as primary contact for regional distributor accounts, monitor inventory and shipments, travel monthly to strengthen relationships, and collaborate with logistics and order fulfilment teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales operations, or commercial support.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent cross-border communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional distributor accounts, ensuring parts availability, high customer satisfaction, and strong business performance.
• Proactively communicate updates regarding inventory, shipment statuses, and operational issues while managing customer expectations.
• Travel regionally (approx. once a month) to cultivate distributor relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with logistics and order fulfillment teams to guarantee timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.
• Monitor customer ordering behaviors, inventory trends, and fulfillment metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards to support regional management discussions and business reviews.
