Carrier is seeking a Sales Support Manager in Singapore to lead a regional team, optimize SAP Sales Order processes, and ensure exceptional order fulfilment and customer service. The role emphasizes collaboration with Logistics, Finance, Marketing and IT to align initiatives with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have SAP Sales Order experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a proven track record in an international or cross-country setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales support, order management or customer service roles.
• Prior experience managing or supervising teams in a regional or cross-country setup is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Proven experience in inbound shipment handling and coordination with freight forwarders; outbound shipment exposure is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Sales Order module and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Sales Support team, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support development.
• Identify capability gaps and implement training or process improvements.
• Represent Sales Support in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Oversee sales order management end-to-end to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively manage issues related to part shortages, delivery discrepancies, and customer complaints.
• Support inventory forecasting and blanket order management with Planners.
• Maintain documentation for all sales transactions and support audits.
• Lead monthly operations meetings with parts and equipment sales teams to review performance and challenges.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, and Finance teams to align initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Partner with Finance to manage customer credit exposure and collections.
• Provide accurate sales and operational reports and support Net Promoter Score initiatives.
• Drive SAP Sales Order process improvements and Power BI dashboards for KPIs.
• Process customer purchase orders in SAP and manage open orders end-to-end.
• Act as primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Coordinate outbound shipment arrangements and escalation handling.
