Carrier ARCD Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Manager based in Singapore to lead a regional team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and optimize parts fulfilment and order management. You will work with SAP Sales Order processes and leverage Power BI to monitor KPIs.

The role requires 5–7 years in sales support or customer service, knowledge of import/export, and strong leadership and stakeholder skills. Master’s degree is a plus; this is a full-time on-site position in Singapore.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales support, order management or customer service roles.
• Prior experience managing or supervising teams in a regional or cross-country setup is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Proven experience in inbound shipment handling and coordination with freight forwarders; outbound shipment exposure is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Sales Order module and operational processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise regional Sales Support team, ensuring high-performance and customer-centric culture.
• Oversee end-to-end parts fulfilment and order management with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, and Finance for KPI alignment; manage shipping and logistics.
• Drive SAP Sales Order process improvements and Power BI reporting for KPIs such as order backlog and fulfilment.
