Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites an energetic Sales Engineer to drive business across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

You will identify new customers, present technically compelling solutions, and coordinate with the Singapore sales team to hit revenue targets. You will support customers with product applications, perform installations as needed, and analyze sales data to optimize cost and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics/Photonics Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales within the industry.
• Hands-on technical management and understanding.
• Strong problem solving and product knowledge.
• Willingness to do cold calls and develop new customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Singapore and ASEAN region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Handle new customer creation via cold calls or provided leads and schedule sales calls.
• Maintain and service existing customers, addressing sales and engineering support needs.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and provide product application support.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the Singapore Sales team to meet sales goals.
• Collect and analyze sales data to report on trends and performance.
