Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive to manage distributors, drive growth, and meet targets in the mechanical, components and machinery sector. You will provide product knowledge, prepare quotes, and coordinate with HQ and regional offices to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel overseas for short business trips.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and answer inquiries.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes for customers.
• Conduct product presentations to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with HQ or regional offices on issues related to customers/distributors.
• Prepare daily, monthly and project progress reports and report on targets.
• Perform market research on customer growth and market trends.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
