TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and implement strategies across the Asia market for automation, SMT, semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing sectors.

You will identify new business, manage key accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, collaborating with regional and international teams. Regular travel within Asia is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in machinery or equipment, preferably in automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing full sales cycle including lead generation, engagement, negotiation and closing deals.
• Strong customer relationship management, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Asia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Asia market.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and expand existing accounts within the automation, SMT, semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, sales representatives, agents, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market updates for management.
• Collaborate with regional and global sales, technical, and service teams to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Travel regularly within assigned Asian markets for customer visits and business development.
