Job summary

Asia Search Pte Ltd is assisting a leading provider of integrated automation solutions for the semiconductor industry to fill a Regional Sales Manager role in Singapore. The company designs, develops and distributes automated equipment for front- and back-end IC assembly, serving customers worldwide.

The position requires at least 3 years in semiconductor equipment sales, strong networking within packaging/assembly/test houses, and proven ability to drive revenue while managing key accounts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment sales experience.
• Familiarity with fab and OSAT workflows and CapEx planning cycles.
• Established customer network within packaging, assembly, and test houses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing for full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Manage and expand key customer accounts (foundries, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, distributors).
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in front-end/back-end semiconductor processes, advanced packaging, and emerging technologies (e.g., SiC, GaN, AI/5G).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales opportunities.
• Monitor and report on market and competitive intelligence, including roadmaps and competitor strategies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, CRM updates, and performance reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry conferences.
• Support sales within the Asia region as required.
