Role Description

The Regional Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and supporting customers throughout the region of Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia), Korea, Japan & Taiwan. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and presenting technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Provide technical clarifications in sales phase
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams

• Travel within the region (up to 25% - 40%) to visit customer sites, attend meetings, and participate in industry events

• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline) or equivalent technical background
• Experience in rotating equipment, compressors, or process industry applications is highly beneficial
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a regional sales environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales management tools such as SAP C4C
• Willingness to travel within the region as required and engage with international customers and stakeholders
• Capability to speak additional languages needed for the region will be an advantage
