Job summary

Digital Turbine in Singapore and Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our regional ad-tech initiatives. You will own revenue targets across managed and programmatic channels, and represent the company with major agencies and brand advertisers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital advertising sales, deep mobile ad-tech experience, an extensive agency network, and the ability to articulate Digital Turbine’s premium inventory to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in digital advertising sales.
• Network: Extensive high-level network with Singapore/Malaysia agency HoldCos and brand marketers.
• Mobile DNA: Deep understanding of mobile landscape, SDKs, attribution, and audience addressability.
• Walled Garden Knowledge: Familiar with strengths/weaknesses of major platforms and diversifying spend.
• Programmatic Fluency: Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and Header Bidding.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with ability to build a territory and collaborate globally.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for C-suite stakeholders.
• Local market understanding: Preference for Singapore Citizens/PRs.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for SG & MY across managed and programmatic channels.
• Secure and scale Always On agreements with Agency HoldCos at regional/local levels.
• Position Digital Turbine as a key component of a brand's mobile strategy with premium in-app inventory.
• Competitively position against walled gardens with transparency and performance arguments.
• Educate clients on full-funnel use of our supply for brand and performance goals.
• Collaborate with programmatic desks and DSP partners to ensure Digital Turbine is a prioritized supply source.
• Partner with AdOps, Account Management, and Creative Lab teams to deliver campaign excellence and retention.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to Product and Leadership on local trends and moves.
