Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Group in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales professional to identify, develop, and secure new business in the Power, Data Centre and Government sectors. You will build project pipelines through end-users, government agencies, consultants, and system integrators.

You will promote solutions, drive sales from identification to tender, award, and delivery, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and achieve assigned targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Data Centre Infrastructure, Electrical Distribution, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, key account management, or project sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Power, Data Centre, and Government sectors.
• Develop project pipelines through engagement with end-users, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Promote company products and solutions to influence specifications and project requirements at the early design stage.
• Drive project sales from project identification through specification, tendering, award, and execution stages.
• Maintain good rapport with both customers and factories’ representatives to solicit feedback, services/support and other market information.
• Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and receivables targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, data centre operators, EPC contractors, and system integrators.
• Monitor and identify upcoming tenders and project opportunities through government portals and platforms.
• Coordinate preparation of quotations, technical proposals, commercial documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Review tender specifications and provide recommendations to maximize project win rates.
• Support contract negotiations and project award processes.
