Job summary

Enetek Power Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an ambitious Sales Manager to own end-to-end sales, drive revenue across data centers, telecom, and commercial sectors, and expand the customer base.

You will build a strong pipeline, lead proposals, negotiate contracts, nurture C-level relationships, and align solutions with power electronics and energy systems. English fluency required; B2B hardware sales experience essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in key account management or technical sales in power electronics or related industrial sectors.
• Proven track record selling hardware or systems to data centres, telecoms, and enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or a related technical field; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across data centers, telecoms, and commercial segments.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from outreach to closing and contract negotiations.
• Develop high-quality proposals and coordinate tender submissions with internal teams.
• Establish and grow relationships with C-level and key decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and revenue tracking.
