Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Professional to act as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the region. You will bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars and drive change to achieve commercial excellence.

You will lead regional/global transformation initiatives, ensure milestones are met using LBIP and Agile, and support AOS roadmap implementation while collaborating across functions and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar role, leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations with process optimization expertise.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), data reporting interfaces (Skywise), and Agile/LBIP frameworks.
• Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication; ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across functions.
• Problem-solver with customer mindset; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects for the Commercial organization.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee implementation of the AOS regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in the region and connect regional teams with ASCX pillars.
• Represent ASCX in Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board and other platforms.
• Ensure region voices are reflected in global projects outside ASC.
• Other duties as determined by the Company.
