Job summary

SATAIR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to act as the primary regional representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX).

You will bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars such as processes, performance, data analytics and automation, driving change and a culture of commercial excellence. Lead strategic transformation programs across the region, ensure milestones are met using LBIP and Agile methods, and oversee the Airbus Operating System roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience leading cross-functional regional and global transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Skywise, and Agile/LBIP frameworks; Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication with influencing skills.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics.
• Lead regional and global transformation projects driving change and continuous improvement.
• Ensure milestones are met using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee implementation of the AOS regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in the region and connect regional teams with ASCX pillars.
• Represent ASCX in R-CSRB and other commercial forums; regional voice in global projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
