Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a senior transformation lead for ASCX in the Singapore region, bridging regional teams with central pillars and driving strategic commercial transformation.

You will leverage LBIP, Agile methods, and data analytics to deliver on commercial objectives, improve processes, and ensure alignment with global projects.

This role requires 5–10 years in cross-functional leadership within aviation aftermarket and a proven track record of delivering change.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading cross-functional regional/global transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of aviation aftermarket commercial operations.
• Excellent data-to-insights analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Skywise, and CRM/reporting interfaces.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics, ensuring it drives commercial excellence in the region.
• Lead regional and global transformation projects and initiatives for the Commercial organization.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are met using LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of the AOS regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in the region and in global projects and initiatives outside ASC.

Job Objectives

Act as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the region.

Bridge the gap between regional teams and the central ASCX pillars (processes, performance, data analytics and automation).

Drive change, foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement.

Lead strategic transformation projects that support Satair's commercial objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics, ensuring it drives commercial excellence in the region.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects and initiatives aimed at driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Commercial organization.
• Ensure the timely achievement of key milestones and deliverables by leveraging LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of the AOS (Airbus Operating System) regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in the region, acting as a critical connector between regional teams and the rest of the ASCX focus pillars.
• Represent ASCX in R-CSRB (Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board) and other necessary commercial forums.
• Represent the voice of the region in global projects and initiatives outside of ASC.
• Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.

Secondary Responsibilities

Proactively drive a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement within the assigned Region.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar role, specifically leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations, coupled with expertise in process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), standard data reporting interfaces (Skywise), and Agile/LBIP frameworks.
• Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are preferred.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication; high proficiency in influencing without authority and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a flair for productive collaboration across varying business functions.
• An excellent problem-solver with a strong customer mindset.
• Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong team player.
