Flexport Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior transformation leader to evolve the Asia region’s operating model.

You will oversee cross-functional programs spanning finance, operations, organizational change, and technology projects, using data analytics to drive immediate results and strategic growth. Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, operations, or business transformation roles.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience leading large cross-functional transformations with measurable impact.
Strong financial acumen with ROI modelling and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs spanning financial, operational, organizational, and technology projects.
Mentor and develop a team of project managers and data analysts.
Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for multiple workstreams.
Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure transformed processes and regional performance.
Drive data analytics to inform decision-making and transform operating models.
Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to executives and stakeholders.
Partner with senior leadership to align transformation with regional growth strategy.
Oversee dashboards, reports, and data models to enable continuous improvement.
