Job summary

Airbus Singapore Private Limited seeks a proactive Finance Change Lead to drive change within the Finance team supporting the APAC region. You will coordinate objectives, track performance, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver value-driven financial services and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Understanding of finance operations.
• Previous leadership experience supporting management.
• Strong business or finance acumen with strategic concepts.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and support Finance APAC objectives and performance.
• Build team spirit and culture within the Finance team.
• Prepare dossiers, scorecards and documents for leadership, ensuring clear, updated data.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and countries to deliver value-added services.
• Create change and communication plans considering multi-cultural contexts.
• Manage confidential information and work under pressure to handle diverse tasks.
