Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a visionary Head, Finance Transformation Office to lead the global finance transformation portfolio.

You will partner with Finance leadership, Technology, Human Capital, Shared Services and business units to deliver multi-year initiatives that modernise processes, data and governance. The role focuses on standardisation, automation (RPA/AI), and performance metrics to turn finance into a strategic partner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA/MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
12–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes.
Experience with shared services, global finance operating model transformations.
Experience managing external consulting partners and system integrators.
Excellent financial acumen and disciplined communication skills.
Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen.
Effective stakeholder management.
People leadership and talent development capability.
Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Review and refine the global finance transformation roadmap to align with strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision support.
Monitor industry trends to modernise Finance capabilities.
Lead strategic finance transformation projects with governance and reporting.
Drive execution across multiple transformation initiatives.
Define KPIs and tracking mechanisms for initiatives.
Track delivery and report to CFO and Steering Committees.
Redesign and standardise core finance processes end-to-end.
Promote lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Partner with technology teams to implement finance tech solutions.
Drive adoption of automation technologies including RPA, AI, workflow, analytics, and self-service reporting.
Improve finance data quality, governance and reporting.
