Job summary

NCS is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join the People & Culture team in Singapore. You will partner with Singapore Headquarters and regional units to execute HR priorities, implement talent strategies, and drive initiatives that elevate organisational capability across markets.

In this role you will coach leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead programmes spanning workforce planning, change management, and employee relations in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation preferred.
• 5-8 years HR experience; cross-border experience is a plus.
• Exposure to multiple HR disciplines including workforce planning and organisational design.
• Proven ability to coach, influence and partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between Singapore Headquarters and GUs to support regional priorities.
• Partner with GU P&C teams to implement HR frameworks and talent processes.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions for business ops.
• Deliver ad hoc HR projects including harmonisation, M&A, offshoring and reorganisation.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent and ensure robust succession plans.
• Lead performance management coaching, objective setting and action planning.
• Guide complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies across regions.
