Job summary

TechX Ventures, a private subsidiary under SGInnovate, seeks an Associate with 1–5 years related experience to drive partnership development and regional market engagement. You will cultivate relationships with government agencies, corporations, research institutions, and industry associations across assigned markets.

Key duties include identifying collaboration opportunities, developing MOUs, coordinating negotiations, and supporting programme initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development, partnerships, account management, stakeholder engagement, or ecosystem development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.
• Experience working with regional or international stakeholders is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholder engagements simultaneously.
• Comfortable travelling across the region as required.
• Prior exposure to government, public sector, technology, innovation, or startup ecosystems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across regional markets.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support development of partnership proposals and MOUs.
• Coordinate discussions and negotiations with prospective partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of partnership opportunities and engagement activities.
• Represent TechX Ventures in regional markets and grow the ecosystem network.
• Manage partnership activities from engagement to execution and ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with programme objectives.
• Support business development through sponsorships and ecosystem growth initiatives.
