Job summary

EVOLVX PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to support the founder in delivering client programmes, developing new business, and executing strategic initiatives, including partnerships and internationalisation projects.

You will manage innovation programmes, prepare proposals and reports, conduct market research, and drive venture validation while building a global network of clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in consulting, innovation, programme management, business development, or startups.
• Strong research, analytical, project-management, and communication skills demonstrated through successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in producing professional proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to create and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Commercially minded, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage innovation programmes and advisory engagements from planning through delivery to achieve client objectives.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, project plans, and client reports to support business development and programme execution.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and internationalisation research to inform strategic decisions and venture validation.
• Support venture validation, business-case development, and commercialisation to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop prospective clients and partners by managing the pipeline and coordinating timely follow-ups to expand business opportunities.
• Support partnerships, joint ventures, and market-entry projects by coordinating activities and aligning stakeholder goals.
• Use generative AI and productivity tools to enhance research, analysis, content creation, and programme delivery efficiency.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, interviews, and programme content using tools such as Canva and CapCut to engage target audiences.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track deliverables, risks, and actions to ensure project milestones are met and risks mitigated.
