Job summary

CEVA Logistics Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Key Account Manager to strengthen performance across APAC. You will drive customer reporting, standardise processes and support automation of reporting activities.

You will partner with regional operations, KAM, Business Development and Process Excellence to deliver insights, improve service delivery and operational excellence for a portfolio of strategic customers in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational performance management and KPI reporting.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement in logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in operational data quality, accuracy and consistency across the regional OKAM portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline and automate recurring customer reporting activities.
• Develop, consolidate and analyse customer performance reports, dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate and support monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Monitor customer service performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
• Partner with regional and country operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Support the development, standardisation and maintenance of SOPs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with KAM, BD and operations stakeholders to support customer initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across APAC and global teams to drive consistent processes and reporting standards.
