CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Operations Key Account Manager based in Singapore to lead the worldwide operational relationship with a strategic technology customer. You will own performance across Air & Ocean and collaborate with regional teams to ensure service excellence and strong customer retention.

You will manage escalations, drive improvements, and lead business reviews, leveraging freight forwarding expertise and analytics to optimise global service delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex strategic customer accounts at regional or global level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with KPI/SLA management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate the global operational relationship for an assigned strategic customer across Air & Ocean.
• Act as a senior operational contact for customer stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Monitor global service performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead global monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Partner with Global Key Account Management, Business Development, Product and Operations to support account strategies.
• Establish and improve customer SOPs across the global network.
• Coordinate onboarding of new business and trade lanes with regional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including automation and digital reporting.
• Guide regional and local teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
