Talent Trader Group is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive regional marketing strategies and content for new product launches across Asia-Pacific. You will lead social media campaigns, manage B2B product launches, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated plans that generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

The role requires 8+ years in corporate marketing, a Marketing degree, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Collaborate with regional business units to develop and implement marketing strategies and content for new product launches.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing plans, coordinating regional campaigns to strengthen brand presence and generate leads and sales conversions.
• Develop engaging and targeted marketing content for online and offline channels.
• Organize and execute events to increase brand visibility across the region.
• Ensure consistent compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Monitor and report KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to ensure the company remains competitive in regional marketing communications.
• Manage external vendors, ensuring expenses remain within the approved budget and deliverables meet communication standards and agreed timelines.
• Lead and oversee a team of marketing communications and social media specialists.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and mentor team members to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
