Job summary

Theexecutivecircle Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Assistant Manager, Marketing Services to lead marketing communications across SEA. You will supervise a team of social media and marketing specialists and partner with regional business units on launches.

You will drive social media strategy, plan events, ensure brand consistency, manage external agencies, and track KPIs to maximize lead generation and sales, working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong event planning and project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem solver capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and content for new product launches.
• Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
• Manage regional marketing campaigns and product launches for B2B products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing plans and regional campaigns.
• Create compelling marketing content for offline and online platforms.
• Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility in the region.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
• Track and report KPIs to measure campaign and social media effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in regional marketing communications.
• Manage vendors to keep expenses within budget and deliverables on schedule.
