Job summary

Talent Titans Pte. Ltd. seeks a marine sales professional to drive new business and grow key customer accounts across regional markets.

You will identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into orders for marine engines and related power systems. You will coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure accurate quotations, robust proposals, and smooth delivery. A diploma or degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, with at least two years in

• 2+ years of marine industry experience with sales exposure.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business: identify prospective customers, assess opportunities, and convert qualified leads into sales across marine markets.
• Grow customer accounts: build lasting relationships with existing clients, understand changing needs, and identify opportunities for further business.
• Provide technical guidance: review specifications and operating requirements to recommend suitable marine engines and power systems.
• Prepare sales submissions: produce quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender responses with accurate specs and pricing.
• Coordinate solution delivery: partner with engineering to address requirements and work with service and logistics for smooth execution.
• Track market developments: monitor demand, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform sales priorities.
• Support regional opportunities: visit customers and prospects across the region quarterly, with travel as needed.
