Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer focused on Marine Engine Servicing to build and manage a service-sales pipeline across oil, gas, marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.

Key duties include delivering strong customer service, achieving sales targets, and shaping plans to capture opportunities in domestic and international markets. Prior marine engine service exposure is advantageous; a relevant diploma is required.

Qualifications

• A diploma is required, preferably in engineering or business.
• Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is advantageous.
• Experience in the oil and gas, offshore, or marine industries is preferred.
• Sales experience in the oil and gas, offshore, or marine sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee a clientele for service sales in the oil and gas, marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.
• Uphold high standards for customer service and cultivate enduring bonds with customers.
• Reach pre-established sales goals and increase profit margins.
• Determine and put into practice sales and marketing plans to seize chances in both domestic and foreign markets.
• Make sales presentations and offer the required client service.
• Compile and evaluate data about rivals, market demands, and new technology.
