You will provide technical guidance on marine engines and power systems, prepare quotations, and coordinate delivery with engineering, service, and logistics teams while monitoring market developments and regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of marine industry experience, preferably in sales of engines or propulsion systems.
• Diploma or degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Disciplined, analytical, detail-oriented with persistence in achieving sales goals.
• Proven ability to engage both technical teams and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business: identify prospects, assess opportunities, and convert leads to sales.
• Grow customer accounts: build lasting relationships and identify new business.
• Provide technical guidance: review specs and recommend engines and power systems.
• Prepare submissions: quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and tender responses.
• Coordinate solution delivery: collaborate with engineering and logistics teams.
• Track market developments: monitor demand, industry trends, and competitors.
• Support regional opportunities: visit customers quarterly with additional travel as needed.
