Job description
1. Regional Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and drive regional go-to-market plans for the corporate and government sectors.

  • Align country sales strategies with broader regional business objectives.

  • Lead market expansion into priority territories and segments.

  • Build, manage, and expand a strong regional sales pipeline.

  • Identify and develop cross-market opportunities.

2. Performance Governance
  • Set and monitor revenue targets and KPIs for corporate/government sales teams across countries.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to track performance.

  • Implement PDCA processes to maintain accountability and results alignment.

3. Cross-Country Sales Excellence & Enablement
  • Develop shared playbooks for key segments and deploy them across countries.

  • Standardize CRM usage and sales methodologies regionwide.

  • Facilitate exchange of best practices and continuous improvement.

4. Leadership & Talent Development
  • Coach and mentor country Corporate & Government department heads.

  • Support capability development and succession planning within regional teams.

5. Stakeholder Influence
  • Collaborate with product and solutions teams to represent corporate/government customer needs.

  • Work with regional support functions to ensure productive, compliant, and efficient sales operations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in B2B hardware sales

  • 5+ years managing or influencing multi-country sales in Southeast Asia

  • Proven track record in corporate and government sectors

  • Demonstrated ability to grow regional revenue

  • Experience working with large sales portfolios

  • Strong understanding of government procurement, channel ecosystems, and enterprise hardware trends

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
