People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Executive / Senior Retail Assistant for a luxury grocery environment. The role oversees daily operations, drives sales, and delivers outstanding customer service to discerning shoppers.

The candidate will lead an outlet team, manage staff rosters, ensure high standards of product presentation, and collaborate with merchandising and marketing on promotions while maintaining strong KPIs and stock control.

Formación

• GCE O Levels or Diploma in related field preferred.
• 3 years in a retail outlet/store management role.
• Experience in premium/luxury/FMCG sectors advantageous.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, product presentation and overall store appearance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily store administration.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving outlet sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer conversion.
• Implement promotional activities, campaigns and seasonal initiatives in line with company direction.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback on fast-moving, slow-moving and high-margin products.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service aligned with the standards of a premium grocery brand.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs and expectations are well addressed.
• Handle customer feedback, enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Maintain a welcoming, polished and service-oriented environment within the outlet.
• Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Manage staff scheduling, deployment and manpower requirements to ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive, professional and customer-centric team culture.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to brand and merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate stock presentation, pricing and promotional signage.
• Ensure premium products and fresh produce are presented to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams on new product launches and promotional displays.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly outlet reports as required.
• Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, manpower and operational KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records relating to cash, stock, staff attendance and outlet operations.
• Provide management with feedback on customer trends, competitor activities and operational issues.
