Pax8 is recruiting a Manager of Lead Generation (Southeast Asia) to lead a regional team across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. You will drive partner engagement, net-new acquisition, and scalable growth in a dynamic cloud market from our Manila office.

You will shape strategy, implement AI-enabled processes, coach talent, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lead generation or sales development teams.
• Demonstrated success across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong background in outsourcing, sales operations or high-volume outbound environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Lead Generation team across SEA markets.
• Establish clear metrics, standards, and operating rhythms for each function.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and Operations to maximize impact.
