ByteDance Singapore seeks a seasoned field marketing lead to drive demand across Southeast Asia. You will partner with sales to translate priorities into market plans, and design integrated programs across events, digital, content, and partnerships for regional growth.

This role reports to the Marketing team lead and focuses on APAC expansion, requiring Mandarin collaboration and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns in a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
• Proven field marketing ownership and demand generation success.
• Connect marketing activities to commercial priorities and pipeline outcomes.
• Experience partnering with sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on SEA markets experience beyond Singapore; Mandarin fluency helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Own field marketing strategy and execution for SEA markets with focus on pipeline generation and business impact.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate priorities into market plans.
• Design and deliver integrated demand generation programs across channels.
• Lead regional campaigns based on customer needs and ecosystem dynamics.
• Manage end-to-end planning including events, customer programs, and partner initiatives.
• Track performance, evaluate pipeline contribution, and optimize investments.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment.
