Job summary

CJ Logistics in Singapore seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to nurture long-term, profitable relationships with our most valuable clients. Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in key account management and sales in global or regional 3PL (Contract Logistics, warehousing) & Freight Forwarding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key MNC accounts across ASEAN and India.
• Expand account scope vertically within markets and horizontally across multiple countries.
• Support onboarding of new regional accounts, ensuring smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, IT & finance) to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
