Job summary

Eames Consulting Group partners with a global enterprise to appoint a regional IT Operations leader who will own CMDB and ITAM across APAC. You will define the operating model, govern data, and oversee ServiceNow ITAM rollouts with top data quality.

Lead mapping of complex relationships using Discovery, Service Mapping and IRE, and coordinate with infrastructure, security, EA and regional leads to drive CMDB adoption across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Asset or Configuration Management.
• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow (Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE).
• Experience leading CMDB/data governance across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define CMDB operating model from the ground up for APAC.
• Spearhead regional ServiceNow ITAM rollouts with data quality governance.
• Oversee onboarding/validation of master data to high quality standards.
• Coordinate between infrastructure, security, enterprise architecture and regional leads to drive CMDB adoption.
