Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Regional CMDB & IT Asset Management Lead to drive governance across the APAC region, establishing regional standards and improving data quality. You will lead ServiceNow initiatives, oversee master asset data onboarding, and coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, EA, and regional stakeholders to strengthen CMDB governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, Service Management, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB governance, IT Asset Management, and ITIL best practices.
• Experience improving governance and operational standards across regional or enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, process-improvement, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the regional CMDB and configuration management processes across APAC.
• Define CMDB operating standards, governance frameworks, procedures, and continuous improvement.
• Lead regional ServiceNow ITAM implementation and CMDB enhancements.
• Manage master asset data onboarding, validation, and governance.
• Oversee asset lifecycle governance and data management across regional entities.
• Establish controls to ensure CMDB accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Develop CI relationships, service mapping, and dependencies.
• Lead stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and promote CMDB best practices.
