Job summary

National Oilwell Varco in Singapore is seeking an organized Inside Sales support to assist the Regional Sales Manager with daily tasks and to help achieve sales targets.

You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, invoice customers, and coordinate with warehouse and factory to track deliveries while generating monthly sales reports from ERP systems.

The role requires IT savviness with MS Office and ERP, plus strong teamwork and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder; customer oriented; team player; IT savvy with MS Office and ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Attend and review customer enquiries
• Provide quotations to customers
• Sales order acknowledgement
• Invoicing customers
• Follow up with customer-related issues (enquiry clarifications, quotation status, delivery status, PO verification & payment)
• Coordinate with warehouse and factory for delivery status
• Filing and cataloging
• Administrative support
• Generate monthly Sales Report from ERP system
• Any other task as delegated by supervisor
• Collaborate with team to achieve effective sales results
• Build strong network with customers and clients for support
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP tools; strong product knowledge; able to work under pressure
