Job summary

PVA TePla Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer for Singapore with potential to grow to the SEA region. You will serve as the commercial and technical liaison between optical metrology solutions and semiconductor customers, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, Development, Service, and Application Engineering.

You will demonstrate hyperspectral vision technology for non-destructive wafer inspection, build a robust sales pipeline, manage RFQs and proposals, and support from

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry and related fields.
• Experience in hyperspectral imaging, optical spectroscopy, reflectometry, ellipsometry, or related metrology is a plus.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust sales pipeline for Singapore and SEA-region focusing on hyperspectral vision.
• Identify target customers, fabs, technology programs, process steps, and strategic partners.
• Maintain relationships with engineers, metrology/yield teams, equipment owners, fab managers, automation/IT managers, and procurement.
• Demonstrate benefits of metrology solutions and develop customer-specific value propositions.
• Manage the sales process from qualification through RFQs, proposals, cost calculations, to order placement.
• Coordinate with product management, development, service, legal, and export control; track opportunities and milestones in CRM/ERP.
• Monitor capital expenditure programs, new fab projects, and regional procurement requirements.
• Participate in trade shows and customer-specific technology days.
