SIMTRUM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive adoption of photonics products and solutions.

You will engage with prospects and existing customers, interpret technical needs, and tailor configurations using SIMTRUM's platform and cloud tools. This on-site role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to present proposals, demos, and technical support from pre- to post-sales.

Qualifications

• Strong sales engineering and technical solution design skills.
• Experience in sales and customer service, including lead qualification and relationship building.
• Ability to provide effective technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Background in photonics, optics, physics, engineering or related field preferred.

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand requirements.
• Propose and configure products using SIMTRUM's platform and simulation tools.
• Prepare proposals, demonstrations, and product presentations for leads and customers.
