Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Product Sales Engineer for Optical Inspection Systems serving the semiconductor markets. You will support the sales team with technical presentations and assist in installations, acting in both pre- and post-sales roles to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers and field service engineers, evaluating vision system performance, and managing customer projects and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales liaising for OEM Semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge in field servicing and semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge in Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter will be preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware system is an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of PC hardware, OS and networking.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Good analytical skill

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
