STEADPATH ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks an HR Technology / People Operations professional to provide maternity leave cover for a regional OneHR Lead position supporting MEA, APAC and Asia.

You will own regional HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors OneHR, ADP, Lucca) and coordinate payroll governance and data quality across systems. Responsibilities include system adoption, process optimisation, onboarding new countries, governance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Global HRIS, P&C teams,

Responsabilidades

• Act as the regional point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors (OneHR), ADP, Lucca and other connected HR technology platforms.
• Manage enhancement requests, testing, deployment and release readiness activities.
• Coordinate annual people processes including performance, talent, succession and compensation cycle readiness.
• Drive system adoption, process optimisation and user experience improvements.
• Onboard new countries as required.
• Support governance of payroll operations across MEA APAC corporate populations.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers including ADP, DEEL and other approved vendors within the global framework.
• Monitor service performance, issue resolution, controls, compliance and operational risk.
• Coordinate payroll-related escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead data quality monitoring and governance activities across OneHR and connected systems.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data integrity issues.
• Support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics and governance reporting.
• Provide Level 2 functional support and escalation management for key HR platforms for Corporate offices in the region.
• Partner closely with Global HRIS, regional P&C teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure continuity of business-critical HR technology and payroll-related processes.
