Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Regional HR Officer to support regional HR operations with a strong payroll focus across Asia. You will verify payroll processes, review data, and coordinate with country HR teams and vendors to ensure timely payment.

The role also covers recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration, plus participation in performance management, compensation and benefits activities and HR reporting. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on exposure to high-volume payroll processing.
• Regional or multi-country payroll/HR exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and verify payroll processing for regional offices
• Check payroll data, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information
• Coordinate with country HR teams and/or payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll
• Support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration
• Assist with performance appraisal, compensation and benefits activities
• Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover and workforce data
• Support employee engagement, training and HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with HR compliance and CSR-related activities
