Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Manager (Human Resources)(Regional) to lead HR initiatives across Asia. You will partner with internal stakeholders and country HR teams to align with corporate guidelines and ensure region-wide consistency.

You will drive regional compensation reviews, performance management cycles, talent reviews, and cross-border mobility while collaborating with Finance and Country HR on budgeting and data governance. Strong HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in HR/HC/Reward Management or related HR field.
• At least 7 years experience, preferably 5 in regional roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and country HR across Asia regions to ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Review and validate regional compensation structure and ensure job grading aligns with market benchmarks.
• Lead end-to-end year-end and mid-year performance review cycles across the region.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of performance framework and processes across the region.
• Facilitate regional talent reviews and succession planning for high-potential employees.
• Drive internal mobility programs and oversee cross-border transfers, secondments and relocations.
• Partner with Finance and Country HR to lead the annual HR budgeting process.
• Apply data governance to identify and prepare data for HR metrics benchmarking.
• Act as liaison for HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) matters and regional roll-out support.
